Looking for a licensed and insured plumber to assist with a careful appliance removal and plumbing disconnection job:

Remove and dispose of a washer/dryer combo unit located on the second floor of a walk-up apartment.

The unit is tightly installed under a granite countertop with only about 1/2" of clearance around it.

It's resting on hardwood floors — removal must be done carefully to avoid scratching the floor or damaging the granite.

After removal, the washer’s plumbing must be properly disconnected and capped off, including the connection to a nearby sink drain and garbage disposal.
